Kathy Siu

Kathy Siu joined Ho & Ip as an Associate in 2026. She was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2022.

Prior to joining the firm, Kathy practised family law and dispute resolution at other local law firms. Kathy’s practice focuses on family law and private client matters. She advises on divorce and separation, financial arrangements, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, and matters concerning children. Kathy also advises on succession planning, wills, probate and estate administration. Her practice further covers civil and criminal proceedings.

Kathy believes in giving clear, practical advice and supporting her clients through what are often difficult times. Clients appreciate her dedication and the care and professionalism she brings to sensitive matters.

Kathy graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing before obtaining her Juris Doctor and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
