Alicia Ho
Associate
Alicia was admitted as a Solicitor in Hong Kong in 2023 devoting her practice and training to matrimonial law. Prior to her admission she has had 6 years of experience in handling multiple areas of matrimonial law, and advises on all aspects of family law, including divorce and separation, children and financial applications, committal applications, domestic violence relief, injunction, adoption, jurisdiction disputes, Hague Convention cases on parental child abduction, wardship proceedings, pre/post-nuptial agreement and any future family planning such as trusts, wills and probate. Alicia recognizes the emotional and practical challenges clients encounter during what is likely one of the hardest periods of their lives, and she aims to make these difficult times as smooth and amicable as possible.
Alicia is also the Vice-Chairman of Starfish Charitable Foundation; their mission to serve and care for underprivileged children in Hong Kong. Alicia has previously worked closely with the Foundation to serve the orphans in China. Alicia has also completed the “Meeting with Children: A Child-Centred Approach” training program hosted by the International Centre for Children and Family Law.
