On 27 September 2023, our Associate, Ms. Alicia Ho, gave a talk with Counsel, Mr. Azan Marwah and Partner of Messrs. RKS, Ms. Rita Ku on the topic of “The Law and Practice on Children Issues and New Practice and Procedure in Family Courts” with LexOmnibus.

Ms. Ho spoke about the current laws surrounding children issues, including custody, care and control and access and the many misconceptions and problems practitioners and clients face when handling children matters.  In addition, the talk also discussed the current laws in Hong Kong on surrogacy, child abduction and the proposed mandatory reporting of child abuse bill.
